IMAGES – 2. Spirits of Tuol Sleng
IMAGES was commissioned in 2006 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Memorial Art Gallery in Rochester, NY and was premiered by The Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra. The composition was inspired by artworks which reside in the Memorial Art Gallery collection.
The Eastman Wind Ensemble premiered the wind ensemble orchestration in 2008 and recorded the suite on their IMAGES CD.
This suite in five movements is available individually by movement.
